Thank you for ordering Underclass Photography from SGMP.
We are excited to be working with Solon High School to create Underclass portraits that you will be proud to display and share with family and friends. Please read the following information carefully, if you have any questions please feel free to contact us at:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All reordering is completed online, no reorder forms will be distributed at at school and sent home.
Please note, no images will be posted. This is a pre-pay only gallery.
If you have multiple students we ask that you only include one student per order.
If you have more than one student, please make separate online orders!
We reserve the right to use all photographs for sample and display purposes.
All "new" orders are shipped directly to your home
ONCE YOU ORDER A PACKAGE YOU CAN ORDER ADDITIONAL ITEMS
AT A SIGNIFICANT SAVINGS BY SCROLLING DOWN TO THE "ADDITIONAL ITEMS" PRICING
If you are interested in "retakes", please note the following:
We will gladly retake photos if:
Eyes are closed
Photos are severely off center
Photos are out of focus
There is severe glare in glasses that obscures the iris of the eye*
*While we make every effort to minimize eyeglass glare,
THE ONLY WAY TO INSURE COMPLETE REMOVAL of GLARE IS TO ORDER THE OPTIONAL RETOUCHING AVAILABLE.
Change of hair style or clothing are not reasons for complimentary retakes.
IN ORDER TO HAVE RETAKES MADE THE COMPLETE ORIGINAL PHOTO ORDER MUST BE RETURNED IN NEW CONDITION AT THE TIME OF THE RETAKES.
ONCE RETAKES ARE TAKEN THE ORIGINAL PHOTO IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, THE RETAKE IMAGE IS DELIVERED AS YOUR REPLACEMENT PHOTO ORDER AND INCLUDED IN THE YEARBOOK. THE ORINGAL IMAGE IS DISCARDED TO AVOID CONFUSION.
ONCE DIGITAL IMAGE FILES ARE DELIVERED THERE IS NO OPTION FOR RETAKES.
ALL RETAKES ARE DELIVERED TO THE SCHOOL FOR DISTRIBUTION REGARDLESS OF DELIVERY METHOD
